PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 26, 2024 /Standard Newswire/ -- In honor of Luis Palau and his years of faithful ministry, the Luis Palau Association is excited to announce the public launch of the Luis Palau Legacy Library (www.LuisPalau.org). This exciting new website and podcast allows individuals from around the world to explore Luis Palau's remarkable life and teachings, offering access to 80 of his most powerful and memorable audio messages. These teachings are not only available at www.LuisPalau.org, but also on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube Music.
While Luis Palau passed away from lung cancer on March 11, 2021, we know his teachings still have the ability to inspire a new generation of believers, reminding them of the power of Scripture, the importance of Gospel-sharing, and the joy of following Christ.
"It is our hope that this new resource will be a blessing to many," said Andrew Palau, son of Luis Palau. "While we continue to do our best to faithfully share the Good News around the world, just like Dad taught us to do, we're excited to have these special teachings to help inspire and encourage a new generation of Christians."
For more than 65 years, Luis Palau played an influential role in Christian missions and worldwide evangelism as a powerful speaker, teacher, and author. His work took him to more than 80 nations and his campaigns allowed him to present a clear case for Christianity to an audience of more than one billion people through television, radio, print, and live events.
Standing strong for issues of faith and the importance of a vibrant, healthy spiritual life according to the teachings of the Bible, Luis Palau was well-regarded by leaders around the globe, including presidents, nobility, business leaders, and church clergy.
"I have no regret in pouring out my years, from the time I was a boy, for the sake of the Good News," said Luis Palau just before his passing. "If I was given a thousand lifetimes, I would dedicate them all to the same calling."
Although Luis Palau passed away in 2021 at the age of 86, the ministry continues on in strength. Today, the Luis Palau Association is led by Luis' sons, Kevin, Andrew, and Keith. Along with more than 60 team members across the globe, they continue to joyfully proclaim the Good News, unite the Church, and activate believers worldwide.
