Breeden as Chief Operating Officer. Breeden possesses a wealth of experience in the non-profit sector, most recently as Chief of Staff for Prison Fellowship International (PFI), a global association of more than 100 national Prison Fellowship Organizations and the world's largest and most extensive criminal justice ministry.

Breeden's background also includes work in the corporate world as the Assistant Vice President of Issue Dynamics Inc. (IDI), a public policy and internet consulting firm. While at IDI, Breeden worked with major telecommunications firms and nonprofits on stakeholder relations issues.
Additionally, Breeden has a strong background in governmental affairs from his service as director of the Palm Beach County, Florida Division of Consumer Affairs. During his tenure, the office was awarded two National Association of Counties National Achievement Awards and Breeden was elected President of the National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators, an international association of government consumer protection officials.
