BUFFALO, N.Y., March 31, 2025 /Standard Newswire/ -- For 3 decades, the Eagles’ Wings organization, spearheaded by Bishop Robert Stearns, has brought thousands of evangelical Christians to Israel to explore the roots of their faith and to be activated as those standing in solidarity with Israel.

Now, from March 31 to April 10, Eagles’ Wings is bringing its very first women’s pilgrimage to the Land of Israel: the Awakened and Empowered Women’s Israel Tour. The tour will be led by Eagles’ Wings Israel department representative Sue Ten Eyck and Pastor Leisa Nelson of the Rock Family Worship Center in Hamilton, AL.

Those who travel on this powerful journey through the Land of Israel will have the opportunity to find a greater purpose and identity as women of God, through encountering God’s presence and covenant faithfulness to His people. The group will meet women leaders in Israel, such as Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem Fleur Hassan-Nahoum, and discover more about the unique role that women have in the unfolding of God’s plan.

In this time of history when Israel has come under attack like never before, Eagles’ Wings believes that this women’s delegation will be a significant catalyst contributing both to the defense of Israel and to the empowering of women leaders in their identity as servants of God.
