Suter, a science teacher at Berean Academy, has been working toward publication for twenty-two years.

John V. Suter's new series, Brett Wilson and Coronado's Door, is about an eleven-year-old girl that accompanies her father on a treasure hunting expedition. Brett Wilson's father disappears in front of her eyes as they are searching for the lost cities of gold in the deep canyons of New Mexico.
