WASHINGTON, June 17, 2016 /Standard Newswire/ -- This week, Family Research Council announced plans to honor Dr. Bill Bennett, former Secretary of the Department of Education in the Reagan administration, Drug Czar, best-selling author, host of the top-rated radio show "Morning in America," with the Vision and Leadership Award to be given during this year's Values Voter Summit on September 9-11, 2016 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C.
