BOISE, Idaho, Aug. 1, 2023 /Standard Newswire/ -- U.S. District Court Judge B. Lynn Winmill issued a decision siding with Planned Parenthood and blocking the state of Idaho from prosecuting doctors who refer women out of state for abortions.
