Witchcraft has become popular, especially since Harry Potter. In the multiple states that comprise the Appalachia region in the Eastern United States, it often has been a multi-generational practice. It is not harmless, though some might think of it as just using native plants to heal. Witchcraft, and its magic practices with crystals, charms, spells, contacting spirits (demons), etc., is clearly forbidden by Almighty God and condemned as detestable:

* Let no one be found among you who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD, and because of these DETESTABLE PRACTICES the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you. (Deu 18:10-12)

* I will set my face against the person who turns to mediums and spiritists to prostitute himself by following them, and I will cut him off from his people. (Lev 20:6)

* But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, THOSE WHO PRACTICE MAGIC ARTS, the idolaters and all liars--THEIR PLACE WILL BE IN THE FIERY LAKE OF BURNING SULFUR. This is the second death. (Rev 21:8)

Humbly cry out to God for mercy and forgiveness (Lk. 18:13,14). Beg him for mercy (Mt. 18:32). Repent or perish (Lk. 13:3). Burn your sorcery books (Acts 19:19) and Ouija board, and throw away all your crystals and other witchcraft paraphernalia. There are NO Christian witches. Commit your life to the Lord Jesus Christ to follow and obey him (1 Thess. 1:9; Acts 20:21; 26:20; etc.), as found in the Bible alone (2 Tim. 3:16,17). Prepare to meet the holy God of the Bible, who alone can destroy both YOUR body and soul in hell (Mt. 10:28).
