Though it's open to all interested parties, this symposium is tailored to preachers' kids (PKs) of all generations. Lexi serves as a freelance assistant with PK Vision Leadership Symposium. Lexi Redmond is a Freelance Assistant for PK Vision Leadership Symposium™, Program Assistant and Research Associate at Race for Equity and Vantage Leadership Consulting respectively. Lexi obtained her Master's in International Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University where she was honored to be named the Department of Psychology's 2018 Outstanding Graduate and 2017 Newman Civic Fellow. Her areas of specialty are Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the impact this has on Leadership and Teams in the workplace.
