ATLANTA, Jan. 17, 2019 /Standard Newswire/ -- The Orange Conference, a unique event for entire family ministry teams, has just announced its stellar lineup of almost 100 breakouts for this year's gathering. To be held May 1-3 in Atlanta, this conference will bring together ministry teams from around the world who want to see the Church succeed in having a positive impact on the faith and character of the next generation.
While main sessions will focus on broader topics relevant to all ministry leaders, breakouts will dive deeper into subjects more personal and practical to individuals. When asked about developing this year's lineup, Reggie Joiner, founder of Orange, said: "This year we asked leaders from around the country to tell us all the 'How Do I...?' questions they have in ministry, then we created every breakout to address one of those questions." As a result, How Do I...? will form the theme for this year's lineup of breakouts. And with so many options, attendees will feel like the event has been customized just for them.
A few of this year's breakout sessions include programming for a diverse audience, building a comprehensive plan from birth to college, creating and leveraging momentum in each phase of a kid's life, aligning teams for maximum influence with families, creating useable measurements to prevent plateaus, and rallying volunteers around a common language. That's just a small sample of what conference-goers can expect, but tracks are available for those working in preschool, children's, middle school, high school, special needs, volunteer, marriage, family strategy, city strategy, rural strategy, start-up church, and NextGen leader ministries.
Most breakouts will take place during the main conference on Thursday, but those who want more have the option to add Wednesday's You Lead Day for an additional four workshops. Breakouts will likely sell out, however, so early registration is recommended.
Orange Conference registration is currently on sale for $299 per person through February 21. Discounted group, student, Canadian, and international tickets are also available. For more information, please visit TheOrangeConference.com.
The Orange Conference presents leaders with a way to engage in a relationally-driven model for the Church. This is because the entire event is based on the Orange Strategy which seeks to align the heart of the family (red) with the light of the church (yellow). Orange believes that when leaders and parents partner to influence a child, it always makes a greater impact in their personal faith.
