MEDIA ADVISORY, June 29 /Standard Newswire/ -- "Just a few days after the body of Jessie Davis is found-- another beautiful young mother is violently murdered. This time it's 34-year-old Lakeisha White who was eight months pregnant. She was gunned down seemingly with no thought for the fact that there was another life growing inside her--almost free," said Day Gardner, President of the National Black Pro-Life Union in Washington, DC.
Detroit Police are searching for Eric Pippen, 24, who is a "person of interest," in the triple shooting that left pregnant Lakeisha White along with an unidentified man, dead in northwest Detroit.
"My heart aches for the family members of all those killed in Detroit in that fatal shooting, but especially for the mother who would soon have been able to experience the joy of her newborn baby--and for the child because he or she was totally blameless of all of the days' events. Gardner said. We must realize until we value all human life--we are all at risk of losing our souls."
"Let us continue to remember the mothers: Jennifer Pytlarz, Nath Ouch, Monica Sanchez, Laci Peterson, Jessie Davis...and now also Lakeisha White their beautiful unborn children in our prayers."
