WOODLAND PARK, Colo., June 24, 2022 /Standard Newswire/ -- After nearly 50 years and more than 60 million babies lost, Roe v Wade has been overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.
In the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case, the Supreme Court sent the issue of abortion to the states to decide. In a majority decision, Justice Samuel Alito wrote, "The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision."
Just last month, Alito's draft opinion leaked to the media, sending shockwaves through the nation—especially the pro-abortion camp.
