PASADENA, Maryland, Aug. 17 /Standard Newswire/ -- Next month's "Institution On The Constitution" First Friday lecture, on September 4, will feature Michael Anthony Peroutka, co-founder, with his brother Steve, of "Institute On The Constitution."
