United States Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker to Speak at Ceremony Honoring Victims of the Holocaust

WASHINGTON, May 4, 2016 /Standard Newswire/ -- WHAT: Each year during the Days of Remembrance, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum leads the nation in honoring the victims of the Holocaust and Nazi persecution at the United States Capitol. About 60 Holocaust survivors will be attending the ceremony.

Each year members of Congress join Holocaust survivors to light a memorial candle during the ceremony. This year, Senator Ben Cardin, of Maryland, will be joined by these Holocaust survivors: Joseph Gringlas, Anna Seelfreund Grosz, Kurt Gutfreund, Theodora Klayman, Rose Reichbach, Alfred Traum, Josiane Traum and Leo S. Ullman.
