WASHINGTON, April 22, 2024 /Standard Newswire/ -- The Biden Administration is attempting to expand abortion through federal regulations which would turn Idaho’s emergency rooms into abortion clinics.

President Biden is asking the Supreme Court to allow the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to issue federal guidelines stating that the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act takes precedence over Idaho’s “Defense of Life Act.”
