FRONT ROYAL, Va., Dec. 15, 2010 /Standard Newswire/ -- Monsignor Ignacio Barreiro-Carámbula, interim president of Human Life International (HLI), expressed gratitude to Our Lord for the recent ruling of a federal judge in Virginia, who decided in favor of a legal challenge to abortion-funding federal health care "reform" law. The case was brought by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, challenging the constitutionality of the law's mandate requiring individual citizens to purchase health insurance.
