The D. James and Anne Kennedy Foundation was created to support the construction and operation of six to 12 international training centers around the world which will focus on long-term training of leaders and witnesses who will have far-reaching implications for sharing the Gospel of Christ.
“If just 100 people are trained each year and return to their churches to assist 20 other churches in the implementation of EE training, 2,000 new churches will be implementing EE. If each church equips 40 people, then 80,000 new people will be trained leaders and witnesses each year. That represents tremendous growth in God’s great army of lay people who can lead people to Christ,” said Gerry Kumpf, Vice President for Ministry Advancement at Evangelism Explosion International.
“We partnered with CCFSF to establish this important foundation because of their expertise in accepting diverse types of gifts, including cash and non-cash assets, and their dedication to providing the utmost service to our donors,” Kumpf continued. “Additionally, CCFSF’s affiliation with The National Christian Foundation means that we can tap into their network of Christian foundations across the country to provide local, personal service, communications and outreach to current and prospective donors.
Donations to the Kennedy Foundation will support the Training Centers’ initiatives to assure top quality EE teachers, trainers and witnesses, establish an effective EE ministry in local churches, supply core EE materials in every principal language and win to Christ and disciple the greatest number of people possible.
Donors can support the D. James and Anne Kennedy Foundation for World Evangelism through the gifting of cash, assets such as business interests, real estate, and shares of ownership in a company, as well as other non-cash gifts. For more information contact Gerry Kumpf at 954.491.6100.

Evangelism Explosion International was born in 1962; it became the bedrock of D. James Kennedy’s ministry when he learned that the essence of evangelism was in simply training people to evangelize. By 1996, EE was planted in every nation of the world. In 2000, EE added every territory. Today, more than 400 denominations worldwide use EE to lead people to Christ.
