HOUSTON, Oct. 21 /Standard Newswire/ -- Minuteman PAC Executive Director, Brett Farley, today announced the PAC's full endorsement of Doug Hoffman (C-NY) to fill the New York 23rd Congressional seat vacated by Rep. John McHugh, who was recently confirmed by the Senate as President Obama's new Secretary of the Army.
Farley declared, "In a race that pits conservative Doug Hoffman against two liberals with egregious records and positions concerning national security and sovereignty, our endorsement for Hoffman is really a no-brainer."
Doug Hoffman, a CPA and lifelong conservative activist, has pledged quick action against amnesty and government handouts to illegal aliens. Minuteman PAC commissioned a recent survey in the district showing overwhelming support for Hoffman's tough stance against amnesty and illegal immigration.
Farley continued, "With liberals Owens and Scozzafava tied to ACORN coupled with pledges to continue with pro-amnesty policies, it's obvious why their poll numbers are flagging as we approach the special election."
Farley cited Minuteman PAC's independent expenditures on radio ads supporting Doug Hoffman, which can be heard here: www.minutemanpac.com/inner.asp?z=65
