WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 /Standard Newswire/ -- House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH) issued the following statement on the anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks:
"The terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001 were not just a brutal and deadly assault on innocent Americans; they were an attack on what the United States means to the world.
