The FSTVEP was launched on Juneteenth 1994 with the national broadcast of its flagship Radio Special, From Slavery To Victory: One Man's Journey written and produced by the Ministry's Founder/President, Rev. Robert Kelley. The FSTVEP is unique as one of the first Christian black American led Media Ministry created efforts to present a biblical worldview of the black American experience beginning with West African enslavement to the present.
