Justice Department Sues Two Organizations and Seven Individuals for Physically Obstructing Access to Reproductive Health Services in Violation of the FACE Act
This federal lawsuit comes on the heels of pro-life activists receiving oppressive jail sentences for their peaceful pro-life witness at a Washington D.C. late-term abortion clinic.
The individuals and groups that are being sued simply shared roses with women in abortion clinics while offering them tangible support and hope.
If President Biden can weaponize and politicize the Department of Justice, then all Americans are in grave danger if they have differing views and beliefs from the current Administration, especially the pro-life community.
To stop these kinds of outrageous attacks against the pro-life movement by the Biden Administration, it is imperative Congress immediately have hearings on this issue.
Rev. Patrick Mahoney, Director of the Christian Defense Coalition based in Washington, D.C., comments;
"There is no justice or freedom in America if the Biden Administration can sue pro-life activists for their peaceful intervention to end abortion violence and yet turn a blind eye to violent Palestinian protesters across America.
"If President Biden can weaponize and politicize the Department of Justice against their political enemies, then all Americans are in grave danger if they have differing views and beliefs from the current Administration, especially the pro-life community.
"We call upon Congress to hold immediate hearings on this misuse of power by the Biden Administration and the Department of Justice against the pro-life community.
"Make no mistake about this. President Biden has 'declared war on the pro-life movement.'"
