WASHINGTON, Dec. 19, 2012 /Standard Newswire/ -- Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton issued a statement today in response to the passing of former federal judge and Supreme Court nominee Robert H. Bork, who died today. He was 85 years old. Bork served as U.S. solicitor general and a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was nominated by President Ronald Reagan to serve on the Supreme Court.
