It was announced earlier this week that Pavone has been suspended from active ministry outside the Diocese of Amarillo, Texas, over financial questions about his operation of Priests for Life. The suspension was made public in a Sept. 13 letter by Amarillo Bishop Patrick J. Zurek.

Brimstone came alongside Father Pavone last spring in his efforts to save the life of baby Joseph, while also  working with him this summer at Praise Him Ministries' 7th Annual NightVision Festival in Olathe, Colo.
