ATLANTA, Sept. 8, 2023 /Standard Newswire/ -- WHAT: African American men and women of influence in Georgia will reveal the impact of abortion on women of color in particular and women in general, in this state.
WHY: Most Georgians breathed a collective sigh of relief when each of the laws governing abortion in Georgia (such as the heartbeat bill, parental notification, and informed consent) were passed. However, few Georgians are aware of the impact of those laws. Attorney General of Georgia Chris Carr will be asked to have the courage to take action to enforce current laws to ensure women and babies are protected.
