WASHINGTON, Dec. 1, 2025 /Standard Newswire/ — The Supreme Court will be hearing, “First Choice Women’s Resource Centers, Inc. v. Platkin,” on Tuesday, December 2.
This case involves the question on whether the Attorney General of New Jersey can compel faith-based pregnancy resource centers to hand over the names of its donors as part of a state investigation which is a violation of the 1st Amendment.
Stanton Public Policy Center will be out in front of the Supreme Court on Tuesday, December 2 at 9:00 AM to pray and conduct a public witness with signs and banners.
Brandi Swindell, Founder/CEO of Stanton Public Policy Center, states:
“As the Supreme Court hears ‘First Choice Women’s Resource Centers, Inc. v. Platkin,’ we say loud and clear: ‘Hands Off Our Clinics.’
“We stand in solidarity with every life-affirming clinic and pregnancy resource center throughout New Jersey and the nation facing targeted attacks. This case is an affront to women, to families, and to the sacred trust of life-affirming care. Forcing centers to turn over confidential client, donor, volunteer, and staff information is not justice — it is targeted intimidation.
“We will not be bullied! We will not be silenced.”
Rev. Patrick Mahoney, Chief Strategy Officer for Stanton Public Policy Center adds:
“It is tragic that the State Of New Jersey is harassing and attempting to crush the 1st Amendment rights of a center that provides care and support to women facing unexpected pregnancies. This is nothing but ‘Lawfare’ against the pregnancy resource center movement.
“We pray he Supreme Court reaffirms the founding principles of the 1st Amendment and ends these targeted attacks by the government against life-affirming centers and medical clinics.
“Our message is clear. Stop the bullying. Hands off our clinics as we serve women and their children.”
