WASHINGTON, Jan. 12, 2026 /Standard Newswire/ — Stanton Public Policy Center prays and stands in solidarity with the people of Iran in their struggle for freedom, human rights and equality.
Stanton especially stands with the women of Iran who have been disproportionately impacted by oppression, discrimination, brutality and violence.
As public demonstrations and protests enter their 15th day in Iran, Stanton calls upon political and faith leaders in America and around the world to be united in their support of the Iranian people calling for regime change.
Brandi Swindell, Founder and CEO of Stanton Public Policy Center, also calls for feminist organizations in America to publicly speak out in support of the courageous women of Iran who are risking their lives in the fight for freedom and equality.
Stanton Public Policy Center is a women’s advocacy and educational group based in Washington, D.C., dedicated to addressing human rights and justice issues that empower and inspire women globally. It is affiliated with Stanton Healthcare, which operates nonprofit, life-affirming women’s medical clinics across the United States and internationally.
Stanton has long supported the women of Iran and below is a photo of Stanton International Founder and CEO, Brandi Swindell, right, leading a demonstration with Iranian women activists in support of the “Women! Life! Freedom!” movement in Iran during 2022.

Brandi Swindell, Founder and CEO of Stanton Public Policy Center, states:
“Stanton Public Policy Center is a women’s advocacy and educational group based in Washington, D.C., dedicated to addressing human rights and justice issues that empower and inspire women globally.
“Stanton has long supported the women of Iran in their fight for equality, human rights and justice. For 45 years under the current regime, Iranian women have faced oppression, violence and discrimination.
“Tragically, feminist organizations in America remain silent on this issue. Stanton calls upon these groups to publicly speak out in support of the courageous women of Iran who are risking their lives in this fight for freedom.
“During this historic uprising for freedom and regime change, Stanton also calls for the United States, human rights organizations and the free nations of the world to publicly stand in solidarity with these courageous women and their families in their fight for freedom and equality.”
Rev. Patrick Mahoney, Chief Strategy Officer for Stanton Public Policy Center, states:
“Stanton Public Policy Center supports the courageous and brave women of Iran in their historic struggle for freedom, equality and regime change. We join with groups like CPAC and many other faith and coalition partners globally in praying for peace and protection for all Iranians who are seeking a better future for their families. Stanton supports the Iranian people’s fight to reclaim their country so that all may live in freedom and dignity.
“The world takes great inspiration from the thousands of women filling the streets of Iran today as they are risking their lives for the cause of freedom and human rights. May their sacrifice and public witness prevail over tyranny.”
