KINGSTON, Jamaica, Oct. 29, 2025 /Standard Newswire/ — Rev. Dr.(earned) William Devlin, volunteer CEO of WidowsAndOrphans.info, an international humanitarian nonprofit organization, states:
“I came to Kingston last Thursday to speak at a Jamaica wide Christian conference and also to conduct a wedding. It is now Tuesday night and I am here in Kingston near downtown experiencing torrential rains and 185 mile power winds. I will not be able to leave Kingston until Friday morning, at best since all Jamaican airports are closed and all flights have been cancelled in and out of Jamaica. Now that I’m here, I have been in contact with local rescue and humanitarian teams to say that my organization, WidowsAndOrphans.info & myself are here to assist Jamaicans who are in desperate need. This is an incredible storm and we are praying for safety of all Jamaicans and praying for no loss of life and minimal destruction of property. As a pastor to the hard places in 21 countries, I am calling the global Christian community to Fast & Pray.”
