RICHARDSON, Texas, Oct. 28, 2025 /Standard Newswire/ — RevelationMedia is bringing a world-class delicacy to U.S. consumers with an eternal focus in mind through Mission Honey. Delivering raw, unfiltered, organic honey harvested by the Maasai tribes in Kenya, proceeds from Mission Honey will further RevelationMedia’s efforts to evangelize to locals through iBIBLE, the world’s first visual and interactive Bible, while supporting education opportunities for the tribes’ children.
Steve Cleary, founder and CEO of RevelationMedia, was inspired to start Mission Honey after a specific request from the Maasai tribes: “Can you help us sell our honey?”
The tribes explained the great expense of sending their children to school and the difficulty of conducting business in the remote bush of Kenya. Recognizing both the exquisite taste and the nutritional benefits of the honey harvested by the Maasai, Cleary had the idea to partner with local churches and expert honey collectors to responsibly harvest thousands of liters of honey with the Maasai tribes.
Through Mission Honey, RevelationMedia will offer a 14-ounce jar of Maasai honey to U.S. consumers for $30 once honey arrives in the U.S. RevelationMedia is currently accepting reservations for jars with a minimum donation amount of $30. Proceeds from honey sales will assist with evangelizing and discipling the Maasai, as well as funding iBIBLE production. Tribal leaders have expressed to RevelationMedia that they would like to use a portion of their funds to provide more educational opportunities for Maasai children.
“Many people have taken advantage of the tribal people’s generosity,” said Cleary. “They have taken from them and used them for their own gain. It is heartbreaking. Yet, simply selling their wild honey can make a huge impact. They currently have no way to do this, which is why we started Mission Honey.”
In addition to giving consumers a taste of exotic honey from the Maasai tribes, Cleary has a vision to expand Mission Honey to include a variety of honeys sourced from across the world.
A portion of Mission Honey’s proceeds will also support the distribution of RevelationMedia’s iBIBLE—a free, digital resource presenting the entire Biblical narrative, from Genesis to Revelation, as one cohesive story. Currently, the iBIBLE App includes 42 episodes covering the full book of Genesis, the beginning of the Life of Christ series, a three-minute animated episode, The Prayer of Jabez, an 11-minute animated episode, The Real Story of Christmas, and a nine-minute animated episode, The Real Story of Jesus, which has led 475,000 people to indicating a decision to follow Christ. When completed, iBIBLE will encompass approximately 280 episodes available in 7,000+ active languages.
“God didn’t call me to sell honey, but He has called me to bring the Gospel, in a visual format, to people around the world,” Cleary said. “And if I can facilitate bringing some of the best honey I have ever tasted (not to mention the health benefits of wild honey) to the U.S. and then use the proceeds to reach the Maasai tribes, it seems like a great idea to me.”
The gathering of Mission Honey is overseen by local Christian leaders to support business integrity and sustainable harvesting while ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations. These overseers not only believe in the honey they produce but in the work that RevelationMedia is doing through iBIBLE. RevelationMedia is purchasing the honey directly from the tribes, who will get paid a fair market price immediately after they collect the honey.
RevelationMedia is currently accepting donations at a minimum of $30 to secure a preorder of honey jars, which are expected to be delivered in early 2026. Honey will be available in several different flavors including acacia and eucalyptus.
