WASHINGTON, Feb. 18, 2026 /Standard Newswire/ — Operation Rescue Founder Randall Terry and Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising Founder Terrisa Bukovinac teamed up to record and release, “Ban the Abortion Pill.”
The song targets Vice President Vance, who has proclaimed his support for RU 486. The abortion drug is now responsible for 63% of all abortions in the United States of America. Over 600,000 unborn children meet and untimely death from this drug, which falls under the jurisdiction and authority of the Trump administration via the Department of Health and Human Services.
“Ban the Abortion Pill” was recorded at the historic and iconic American Studios in Memphis, Tennessee. Elvis Presley recorded his last album at American Studios.
Ban the Abortion Pill was written by Randall Terry and performed by Terrisa Bukovinac.
Mr. Terry states:
“We can’t pretend that the vice president’s support of the abortion pill is consistent with a pro-life ethic. This horrific drug has claimed the lives of millions of innocent children. Millions of young mothers have delivered an aborted child in their toilet – usually alone – and must live with those memories and pain and guilt for the rest of their lives. This drug must be banned. And we hope that this song helps get the attention of Vice President Vance, HHS, and the Trump administration.”
Background:
Vice President JD Vance recently spoke at the March for Life. During his speech, Pro-Life leaders in the crowd repeatedly challenged him, shouting: “Ban the abortion pill!”
Vance eventually acknowledged them stating, “It’s time for me to address an elephant in the room. I keep hearing this guy over there talk about it.” At that point he gestured to Mr. Terry and Ms. Bukovinac, who were shouting the refrain.
“Ban the Abortion Pill ” premiers today across multiple music platform.
Mr. Terry further states:
“We are inviting pro-lifers across the nation to post this song on every platform they have. We would love to see 50 different music videos and reels emerge from this song…urging Vance and the Trump Administration to do their duty and ban the abortion pill.”
