NORTHERN VIRGINIA, Jan. 26, 2026 /Standard Newswire/ — Author and post-abortive woman Cheryl Krichbaum will release the second edition of her prayer guide, “Worship to End Abortion,” February 4. The book is intended for Christians from every walk of life.
“Pastor Barton reviewed the book for me,” Krichbaum said. “He returned chapter 12 with a note that said, ‘This study needs to be in the hands of every pastor.’ That was humbling!”
Retired pastor David J. Barton, MDiv, endorsed the book, saying, “An urgent message to believers, pastors and churches, this study is grounded in scripture and is convicting; but more so, Cheryl has given us many practical ways to promote sexual purity as well as healing to post-abortive women and men.”
Krichbaum is the award-winning author of “ReTested: The Story of a Post-Abortive Woman Called to Change the Conversation.” She is a speaker and writing coach who equips Christians to speak the truth in agape love about the sanctity of life and the sanctity of sex.
She released the first edition of “Worship to End Abortion” in 2020. The second edition includes more chapters and new information and has been updated to reflect the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
Stefanie Libertore, Director of Recovery Services at Pregnancy Support Network in Ohio, said the book inspired her to continue pursuing her mission to end abortion and bring redemption to those who have suffered from abortions.
“I really love how practical [the book] is,” Libertore said. “I just think [Krichbaum] wrote it from a real humble perspective.”
Each chapter includes a Bible passage written in short story form, an application to the abortion issue, and one or more suggested prayers taken from scripture. Throughout, Krichbaum emphasizes the need to be true worshipers in Christians’ battle against abortion.
“This book equips Christians for both prevention and redemption,” Krichbaum said. “Preventing people from having abortions as well as once people have already made that choice, inviting them back to God for redemption.”
“This book is a discipleship book,” Krichbaum said.
The book is available for pre-order from online booksellers.
