New Jersey Delusion: Boys Can Compete as Girls, No Documentation

Contact: 4 WINDS, 608-469-7956

MADISON, Wisc., Nov. 20, 2017 /Standard Newswire/ -- New Jersey high school athletes who desire to be transgender do not need gender documentation to compete.

The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association approved a policy where athletes only need to notify school administrators about the sex they want to be. The transgender community gave guidance to the organization.

"This is not a good move by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association," states 4 Winds Christian Athletics President Steve McConkey. "This lacks common sense. As usual, LGBT activists are pushing their agenda on female athletes who will be silenced. Everyone knows a male athlete competing as a woman has superior advantages."

McConkey is the founder and president of 4 Winds Christian Athletics (4 WINDS), a ministry that stands up for Christian athletes. McConkey started in 2003 fighting the International Olympic Committee for allowing transgenders in the Olympics. He was the only one who stood against this.

From there, the transgender movement spread to state high schools, the NCAA, NFL, NBA, MLB, and the military. Steve has fought this LGBT agenda every step of the way. He is the only sports minister standing up publicly on a consistent basis.

At Virginia, Minnesota in 2016, a male athlete competing in girls' basketball danced to explicit music and changed clothes near the girls' locker room.

In 2016, male sprinter Nattaphon Wangyot competed in the Alaska girl's state meet. Wangyot was third in the 200 meters and fifth in the 100 meters.

In 2017, Andraya Yearwood, a male sprinter in Connecticut, took third in the girl's 100 meters at state. Yearwood, a freshman, was the highest-placing underclassman.

In Texas, seventeen-year-old male athlete Mack Beggs won his weight class against girls in wrestling.

Steve McConkey is the founder and president of 4 Winds Christian Athletics (4 WINDS), a ministry that stands up for Christian athletes. Steve regularly appears on worldwide radio and is frequently quoted in articles throughout the world. He has degrees from Western Kentucky University (Master of Public Health) and Minnesota State, Mankato (BS-Public Health).

Steve and his wife started in world-class track and field ministries in 1981. In 2014, 4 WINDS started standing up for Christian athletes in all sports. Ministry headquarters were in Eugene, Dallas-Fort Worth, Minneapolis-St. Paul, and now Madison, Wisconsin. 4 WINDS produces BigPlanetWatch.com.
